The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
  • Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed and are processed in 2-5 business days.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing, orders usually take between 8 and 20 business days to arrive at their destination and rarely takes any longer.

Returns & Refunds
While we do our best to ensure that you have an amazing experience with Wootens Bab, we understand sometimes things don't quite work out. We are 100% commited to ensuring your satisfaction with your order.
When it comes to refunds, you have two options:
1) Cash Refund
We offer 100% cash refunds for any/all item(s) in your order. Your refund will be processed to whatever payment method you used when placing your order.
2) Store Credit
We offer store credit equivalent to any and all item(s) in your order.
Return Shipping
Please note that you will be responsible for any and all return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs if the item you are returning is damaged.
